Some of your responsibilities include:
Key contact for customer inquiries and requests about event space.
Manage Lady Bird & Le sel Buyouts and partial buyout with DOSM, DF&B and GM.
Manage small meetings with 9 or less rooms and Catering only.
Creates own BEO's and managers large programs with more than 1 BEO
Create resumes for Coordinator to distribute
Liaise with F&B banquet lead for set ups and events execution
Manage contracted events deliverables with Sales Coordinator
Support GSM + DOS group detailing with coordinator
