Some of your responsibilities include:
- Key contact for customer inquiries and requests about event space.
- Manage Lady Bird & Le sel Buyouts and partial buyout with DOSM, DF&B and GM.
- Manage small meetings with 9 or less rooms and Catering only.
- Creates own BEO's and managers large programs with more than 1 BEO
- Create resumes for Coordinator to distribute
- Liaise with F&B banquet lead for set ups and events execution
- Manage contracted events deliverables with Sales Coordinator
- Upsell service.
- Support GSM + DOS group detailing with coordinator
- Billing reconciliation with Sales Coordinator
- Liaise with Chef + DF&B on menu curations
- Manage Event Vendor Relation A/V Encore, Entertainment, Limousine, Flowers, Photographers etc
- Maintain updates to events sales collateral with DOSM
- Turn event over to F&B team day of event with proper introductions.
- Sites visits both internal and external weekly
- Poracvite Sales to include Outside sales calls, Prospect follow ups
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hospitality experience, ideally within a boutique hotel with a banquet setting.
- Previous structured sales training course is a plus. Delphi FDC knowledge a plus
- You're highly creative, with strong sales and interpersonal skills!
- You've got great communication skills both internally and externally.
- Professional phone etiquette, writing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
