In this position, you will partner with key accounts to understand their needs while delivering a best in class service focusing on POS and Promotional Products. Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.
The role will include implementing strategy to successfully secure further growth, responsibilities also include sourcing and development of promotional products and custom projects domestically and internationally. Proven track record in managing client POS solutions, beer and/or spirits experience would be of advantage.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
Customer experience focus with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Adaptability is a must, as well as the ability to accept and implement feedback effectively

Experience or interest in design, marketing, printing, logistics
Must have strong analytical and decision-making skills
The Ideal Candidate will have:
2+ years sales experience in the Ad Specialty and Promotional Product industry and/or POS/POP is preferred.
Experienced in Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be computer savvy.
Experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and procurement teams.
Strong project management skills.
Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
