We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist for a growing technology firm offering solutions to the hospitality industry. This position will work with a talented team to develop product marketing and content marketing assets, and will create and implement campaigns across web, email, and social channels.

The perfect candidate for this role is nimble, confident, energized, and able to dive in quickly to get things done. The Product Marketing Specialist is expected to be a critical contributor to the firm's 2021 plans and marketing goals.

Once Covid restrictions are lifted, this position will split time between remote work and one to two days in the office in Bethesda, so applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with executive team on product positioning, messaging, and planning.
  • Write product marketing materials with a thought leadership and educational approach – including blogs, e-books, and white papers.
  • Create marketing collateral and sales enablement resources including case studies, PR, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, videos, and presentations.
  • Work with marketing and sales on ABM campaigns and playbooks – driving and supporting sales.
  • Conduct research on the competitive landscape and collect market intelligence.
  • Create buyer personas and targeted communications.

The Quals You’ll Need:

  • At least 4 years of direct product and digital marketing experience working with B2B technology companies to plan, manage, and execute marketing content and strategies.
  • Experience interfacing with Sales to develop impacting sales engagement assets and working cross-functionally in an organization.
  • Strong skills with leading martech tools, such as HubSpot, SFDC, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • Focused, innovative, hands-on problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
  • Strong writing and communication skills (writing samples will be required).
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives for SaaS companies.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry.
