The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Marketing to join the Marketing and Communications Department in its Washington, DC headquarters. The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications and lead a team to plan, execute, and evaluate AIPAC’s campaign to acquire activists and donors digitally.
Lead execution of the large-scale in-house email fundraising and mobilization program.
Work with Development, Policy, Political, Finance, IT departments and external consultants to implement a comprehensive plan for email list growth, digital revenue growth and grassroots activism.
Develop a strategy to ensure the long-term growth of digital fundraising.
Develop and manage email fundraising schedule and monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and mobilization goals.
Oversee development of email fundraising and mobilization content.
Work directly with IT Department on technology development projects as they relate to digital fundraising and mobilization.
Manage strategy for digital platform optimization for donor and activist engagement.
Monitor and analyze digital fundraising program performance and growth metrics.
Develop testing strategy for digital fundraising tactics and oversee results analysis.
5-7 years of experience working with large-scale email fundraising and mobilization programs.
Strong project management skills.
Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
Integrating paid acquisition into email fundraising and mobilization programs
