Do you consider yourself a demand gen specialist? A growth hacker? TeamSupport is looking for a demand gen/growth marketing strategist who can focus on driving quality leads for our sales team to follow up with to qualify and close deals.

We’re looking for an innovative marketing professional who is experienced in demand generation and can hit the ground running with ideas and strategies to drive inbound leads. This role is about developing and deploying a pipeline-generating machine that will execute a broad range of digital marketing programs – from email marketing campaigns to content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

What You’ll Do

• Define the campaign structure and tactics to build awareness , create demand in the marketplace, and meet/exceed lead generation and other strategic growth goals

• Create, manage and measure fully integrated demand generation campaigns that result in high-quality sales leads via inbound marketing

• Execute all aspects of demand generation strategy – including content marketing, email campaigns, events, digital marketing, sales enablement, social media, and PR

• Develop and execute campaigns across digital marketing channels (email, PPC, social, display, nurturing and retargeting)

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new advertising and demand generation opportunities

• Measure campaign performance using analytics and feedback from sales team

• Analyze and report on demand generation results including return on investment

• Develop insights and recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness

• Maintain alignment with the sales team through timely and actionable communications and feedback sessions

• Brainstorm and implement creative, innovative, and maybe even “crazy” demand gen ideas

 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably software/tech based

• Preference given to demonstrated success in online demand generation and inbound marketing in a high-growth, entrepreneurial company

• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, organization, and creative thinking skills

• Knowledge of and experience with working with SEO, SEM, and PPC are required

• Hands-on experience using marketing automation (preferably HubSpot), web analytics, lead management, and associated technology platforms

• Familiarity with online listing sites (G2 Crowd, Capterra, etc.) and their role in demand generation

• Some graphic design experience and/or an eye for brand, messaging, creative is a plus
