Department 3 (D3) is a highly innovative company, seeking a creative, data and results driven Marketing Manager to own the execution of our marketing initiatives.  The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses a strong sense of urgency, has a can-do attitude and should mesh well with a tight-knit, hard-working and fun global team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will apply best practices to build awareness around our new brand to target and attract new clients and to ensure current client retention. You will be working closely with our team of PR, copy, design and web consultants on the execution of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives focused on demand generation, brand awareness, lead scoring, and key prospect and customer nurturing.
  • Work closely with our team of consultants and manage the marketing budget necessary to execute against plan.
  • Own end-to-end process of marketing campaign design, production, and execution (includes the overall marketing calendar).
  • Create and launch email marketing campaigns, including content creation, forms, and landing pages.Understand and deploy marketing automation best practices wherever possible.
  • Measure the success of our campaigns with campaign analytics and create actionable steps to drive better results.
  • Organize and coordinate the production of sales enablement and promotional materials (online/print).
  • Review our content marketing assets and repackage for distribution under our new brand.

Requirements:

  • 5 years proven experience in B2B Enterprise marketing with strong emphasis on demand generation.
