Emprise Bank is offering an outstanding opportunity for a leading-edge marketing professional. to assume the role of Marketing Director/Vice President. The Marketing Director will play a critical role in driving strategy, partner with business units to drive growth, manage external creative relationships and oversee the full breadth of marketing efforts of the company.

The ideal candidate will be enterprising, customer-centric have have experience with customer acquisition. Preference will be given to candidates with banking, consumer financial, FinTech or retail experience.

REQUIREMENTS The Marketing Director will have the opportunity influence the strategic direction of our company and is responsible for:

Strategic Planning & Development Partner with executive team to create and implement marketing plans to support division objectives Lead important elements of strategic initiatives including customer segmentation and mobile account acquisition Drive customer acquisition through lead generation in branches and via digital channels Conduct and coordinate customer and market research

Branding & Marketing Define and manage Emprise Bank’s brand including developing appropriate brand strategies around business objectives and strategies Manage relationships with agencies and creatives Create and manage marketing and advertising campaigns across all channels Build and manage social media and online presence both proactively and reactively Produce marketing and promotional materials Plan engaging and unique events for customers and employees Stay abreast of trends that indicate a need for emerging products and services

Communications & Community Produce internal and external communications Manage public relations and serve as the media liaison Coordinate charitable giving

Organizational Leadership Develop and maintain a capable, motivated, and resourceful staff Oversee all marketing staff and activities Evaluate division performance on a regular basis Partner with peers and management to implement tactics supporting strategic plans develop high-impact, integrated campaigns that contribute to business growth Determine and manage budgets Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Community Relations- Participates within the community, taking a leadership role in external activities. Presents favorable image of the organization and uses community involvement to further the interest of the bank.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS College Degree in Marketing or Communications; or Level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements. Minimum of seven years marketing experience required at manager level or above Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
