  • Respond to sales leads to gain orders and give delivery confirmation.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process, this requires swift follow-up and includes making quotations and writing orders.
  • Work closely with customers and departments to ensure that all projects are managed to the expected delivery schedule and brought to a successful closure.
  • Ensure all customer service measures are met.
  • Manage customer/vendor issue resolution.
  • Provide customer support for service & warranty.
  • Execute base sales accounts to include timely and accurate quotes, order fulfillment, order. Changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
  • Provide insight on vendor operation performance and recommendations for training sessions.
  • Provide customer/vendor feedback on solutions to resolve outstanding issues.

 

  • Inside Sales or Customer Service experience a plus.
  • Ability to work on telephone.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills preferred with some project management abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly efficient computer skills including use of email, calendar, etc. to manage daily work flow.
