The Channel Acquisition Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue of our prospect database of former customers. They are also responsible for overseeing all direct response marketing strategies related to reengaging with former customers. This includes overseeing creation, delivery and analysis of email, direct mail and SMS campaigns. It requires someone with an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. This position will also evaluate the UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) of customers going through the conversion process. Those key components of the reengagement process must be closely monitored and evaluated for performance against norms.

 
The Acquisition Manager will work closely with the other channel managers to ensure all touchpoints during the acquisition process work to establish long term customer relationships. This includes management of the prospect database through a CRM platform.
 
This role has a direct impact on revenue and EBITDA and therefore must be the authority on all things reengagement.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
Manage and analyze customer reengagement marketing campaigns through coordination of agencies.
 
Provide regular, concise reporting and analysis to Management and Executive teams.
 
Prospect database management
 
CRM platform management
 
Regularly meet with outside marketing agencies to evaluate past campaign performance and plan future campaigns.
 
Analyze web properties, transactional emails, customer service phone calls and other customer touch points with a focus on lead conversion.
 
Assess and optimize existing UI/UX interactions in association with the Customer Acquisition Manager.
 
Create and execute website A/B and multivariate testing in association with other acquisition channel managers.
 
Assure the quality of all delivered marketing collateral.
 
 

Education and/or Experience                                                   
 
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in business or related field; or one to three years related experience and/or training in a similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Reasoning Ability                                             
 
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 
Computer Skills                                               
 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required. Proven experience with HTML email required.
 
Other Skills and Abilities
 
  • Proven track record of creating and managing effective direct marketing email and direct mail campaigns
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating and managing vendors
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience creating appropriate marketing mix for customer acquisition efforts
  • Experience analyzing performance and modifying marketing mix to comply with organizational goals
  • Experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience developing and adhering to standard operating procedures
