Work with the best brands in the world! The Business Development Coordinator reports directly to the Managing Director. The role may evolve as business needs change. The primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:


  • Lead management, qualifying new leads
  • Client acquisition, from lead reception to on-boarding
  • Preparation and sending of proposals to new leads, prospects
  • Customizing client standards – taking into account feedback from client and making the necessary revisions
  • Standard modification into import format to remit to Ops
  • Training clients on Coyle’s data platforms
  • Attending weekly Sales and Operations meetings
  • Handling day-to-day new client inquiries and requests
  • Communicating client business model, specs to operations and being the liaison between client and ops
  • Participating in client calls and ensuring all information is updated in
  • Promoting Coyle offerings to new prospective clients
  • Assisting the new business development team on a daily basis and as required
  • Requirements
  • Previous marketing experience and or consultative sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Intuitive people skills and time management skills
  • Good listener and fast learner
  • Home office setup is required
  • MS Office capability and experience required
  • Previous sales or account management experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM and/or a plus
