Responsible for assisting Field Operations in implementing maintenance, shipping, and receiving for the production, exhibit and flooring warehouse, as required for all existing and new work orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Checks work orders beginning and end of each day for new job assignments. •Coordinates planning and control to meet deadlines for exhibits and shipping. •Assures all prep to ship, prep to set, and prep to check jobs are complete 24 hours before shipping schedule. •Install and dismantle exhibits in warehouse •Constructs and installs exhibit structures, electric wiring, and fixtures of materials, like wood, plywood using hand tools/power tools. •Studies sketches or scale drawings for temporary or permanent display or exhibit structures, like framework, fixtures, booths, or cabinets to define type, amount and cost of material if needed. •Confers with exhibit planning & art personnel to discuss structural feasibility of plans to suggest alternate methods of displaying objects in exhibit. •Inventory exhibits and exhibit components •Maintenance and refurbishment of exhibits •Exhibit production •Maintains inventory records for exhibits and exhibit components. Maintains and restocks warehouse and production supplies. •Monitors Customer Inventory lists, makes changes as needed, and organizes in assigned area. •Pulls Road Box and stocks with supplies and materials according to work order, minimum 24 hours before each departure. •Assures one (1) full Road Box supply is in stock at all times, using existing Road Box Supply Form. •Upon return of Road Box, conducts inventory and restocks supplies. •Fills requisitions, work orders, and requests for materials, tools, and other stock items and prepares for packing, shipping, and exhibits. •Completes shipping manifests for all shipments, and or insured inventories match work orders to insure correct shipments. •Labels all components to ship. •Completes shipping report as exhibits are pulled, prepped, checked. •Assist in other duties as assigned

Note: Some travel may be required as you become familiar with client inventory and exhibit.

•Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and vendors. •Knowledge of common safety hazards, precautions, and procedures necessary to maintain a safe working environment. •Working knowledge of Shipping and Receiving standards and activities, including damage-free loading and unloading of trucks, stocking and inventory. •Maintains quality control standards. •Attention to detail. •Working knowledge of safe use and handling of power tools including saws and drills. •Basic Computer knowledge and skills. •Ability to work in a changing, multiple-demand setting, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5 years work experience in an exhibit manufacturing/production capacity • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to do basic troubleshooting and/or ask questions as necessary • Ability to communicate effectively with other production personnel • Valid Driver’s License required, with dependable car for travel to/from work (will not be used in day to day activities of job); Valid Forklift License a plus.
