Digital Marketing Manager/Director

The Digital Marketing Manager/Director reports to the VP of Marketing and oversees the holistic digital marketing strategy for the company.


Duties of the Digital Marketing Director/Manager:

  • Leads and champions all aspects of digital marketing across the consumer website, CRM efforts, social media channels, and eCommerce
  • Devising and implementing strategies to drive digital objectives, goals, and measures
  • Leads and champions all digital optimizations, measurements, and analysis
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns as part of larger initiatives
  • Leads and manages all aspects of company SEO/SEM
  • Responsible to take eCommerce revenue to new, higher levels in FY18 and help re-position the organization as a strong digital-centric brand
  • Overseeing the social media strategy and editorial calendar
  • Managing the future redesign of the company website and digital experience
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and eCommerce efforts
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Key member of Marketing Lead Team



  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Experience leading digital efforts for consumer brand, with emphasis on CRM and eCommerce
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmers
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, database management, and social media channel strategies
