GlynnDevins, a leader in senior living advertising and marketing, is seeking the quintessential senior living advertising and marketing consultant.  We are accepting applications for an Account Supervisor with 10+ years of Advertising Agency experience to join our team.

Position Description:
This role is the first client service role to be primarily responsible for client relationship management. They focus their team on the appropriate objectives, and have a handle on the client relationships and team's performance against goals at all times. They lead positive, empowered teams.  They keep senior agency leadership apprised and comfortable regarding their team's performance. They do not shy from difficult conversations and are adept at moving clients to the optimal solution.  They have a strong understanding of the business of senior living and the consumer mindset.  They are a resource for clients and internal resources.  They supervise accounts in such a way that all team members are empowered to their best performance.  They exude a passion for the industry.  They integrate agency team members to build client trust in the full agency.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Key Person Responsible for Client Relationship
  • Key Person Accountable for Marketing Plan's Quality
  • Key Person Accountable for Team Atmosphere
  • Builds a strong relationship with clients in person and otherwise
  • Communication with Deptartments Regarding Revisions
  • Sends or Presents Most Important and Complex Work to Clients
  • Ensures all Mailing Strategies are Strategic
  • Held Accountable for Agency Work Performing Against Strategy
  • Presents Marketing Plan to Client
  • Innovates, Generates and Communicates Strategic POVs
  • Manages Client Concerns (Spoken & Unspoken)
  • Supervises Senior Account Executive and Account Executive Level Colleagues as Assigned
  • Grows Existing Business and New Business as Requested
  • Participates in Senior Living Industry Conferences
  • Keeps Agency Leadership Confident of Agency Performance
  • Participates in New Business Pitches
  • Runs Basic Discovery Sessions

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, communications or related field
  • 10+ years of client-facing, advertising agency experience
  • You should be organized, self-reliant, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You should have an incredible appetite for learning on your own and from others
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are all a must
  • Travel is required  

 

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Salary negotiable based on years of relevant experience. Experience in the senior living industry and/or experience with the 50+ target audience a plus.
